In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Gen 1:1) For anything to begin there has to be a beginner, meaning man originates from God. This truth awakened something in my spirit as to what James the brother of JESUS discovered – that he too was brought forth by the word of truth. (James1:18) No matter how far a lie can run the truth will always catch up. For a very long time I lingered in a spiritual wilderness, being a born again christian but not understanding God’s initiative. When that which was from the beginning, which we believed with our hearts and confessed with our mouths (Rom10:8-10) grips your spirit something happens within you – you become so content and lacking in nothing. When you discover yourself in Christ you discover fulfilment and completeness; you see that God has already done it before you even knew it as he hath chosen us in him before the foundations of the world that we should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will. (Eph 1:4-5) While we were still dead in sin God loved us and He gave us Jesus Christ to die for our sins so that we can be taken back to our original state. The devil lost completely the hold he had on us and the only weapon he now has is our disbelief, but thanks be to the Almighty God we are more than winners in Christ. (Is 65:1-2) GOD said “I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name I said: Here I am, here am I.” It was not of our own that God loved us and that we are so precious before Him – God made us in His own image and likeness, we are of God, we are the radiance of his love! Now you can go on a walk about tour to explore the extent of the land that is yours under His lordship. Now you can conduct yourself appropriately towards Him; pleasing Him in every harvest of good works that you bear. Meanwhile you continue to increase in your intimate acquaintance with GOD; this results in the most attractive and fulfilled life possible (Col1:10 mirror trans) And we with unveiled faces behold HIM as in a mirror are changed into HIS likeness from the glory of the flesh to the glory of God

Discovering ourselves in Him…it is of God that we are in Christ,we discover a work well done…nothing to be added, nothing taken away. Now we can enter His rest…a rest of satisfaction,
And as we behold Him as in a mirror…we are changed…from the inside out!

It is so awesome what Paul writes to Timothy in 2 Tim 1:9 and 10;”who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel”
That is now so amazing that God has called us before the foundation of the world in grace to be holy without any of our own works or what we can accomplish because of what He did for us on the cross. It was never our purpose but all along His purpose and now He has abolished death and brought us life and immortality to light because we do not enjoy eternal life one day when we get to heaven we enjoy it now to its fullest because of Christ.
What a gospel, we cannot but tell the world out there what is already theirs in Christ Jesus, we have a rich and full gospel to preach.
The glory of God revealed in Christ . Found in Him before we were ever lost in Adam . No wonder Paul pushes the boundaries of human laungauge to bring us into the mystery of grace .Here is where the mystery is revealed when we know that we were always in Him . To know this is to know the eternal grip of God on our lives . Mans search for God ends and at the sametime really only begins , when we know its not that we know Him , but that he has always known us . On that Day this what shall be revealed , we will know ourselves as we have always been truly known in Him . This is where we take off our sandals on the holy ground of beholding Gods eternal purpose in Christ , who could have dreamed this dream . Knowing that we are known is where the dream gets personal and real .

Our God is an awesome God! That He is constantly supreme God, creator of the universe and all it contains, and yet, He has chosen to reign in my heart – I stand amazed! Thank You, Lord.
