Look, Listen, and act

I’ve been meditating on James 1:25 today. I even got out my Strongs greek dictionary and delved into the words a bit – got so blessed. In trying to convey the richness of this thought, I translated it as follows: 

Look and continue to look,
the perfect, complete, and eternal freedom.
Listen; listen intensily;
listen in such a way that you are able to repeat it as a poet; able to perform it like an actor…
then act; act in the full conviction of what you have seen and heard,
and you will will find delight and affirmation in your action.
